A few simple things help your appointment go smoothly and your results last. You’ll get these in your confirmation, too.

Arrive with clean lashes
No mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup. An oil-free cleanse the night before is perfect.

Skip the caffeine
Hold off on coffee or energy drinks beforehand. Caffeine causes fluttery eyes that make delicate work harder.

Keep the eye area oil-free
Avoid eye creams and oily products the day of your visit. Oil weakens lash adhesive.

Leave the contacts at home
If you wear contacts, plan to take them out for your appointment, and bring your glasses along.

Settle in
You'll be relaxed and lying back for a while. Wear something comfy and use the restroom beforehand.

Appointments are at Letty's private studio in Monrovia, and house calls are available across Monrovia and the San Gabriel Valley if you'd like her to come to you. Pick your spot when you book and you'll get the exact details after.
A small deposit holds your time and goes straight toward your total. It's the only way to lock your slot, and it keeps the calendar fair for everyone.
For new lash clients, a quick patch test is done at least 48 hours before your first set to make sure your skin is happy with the adhesive. We'll guide you through it when you book.
A full set is a brand-new application where every lash is done. A fill refreshes an existing set within a few weeks. New clients always start with a full set.
Come with clean lashes (no mascara or eye makeup), skip caffeine beforehand, and wear something comfy. There's a full prep checklist on the site.
No problem. Just give at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit carries over to your new time.
